Your session will include the Reformer – with the possibility of also using the Jumpboard, Cadillac, Arc Barrel Deluxe, Stability Barrel Lite, and a variety of accessories! Pilates Room Kanata uses Merrithew equipment for your heightened pilates experience.

Bring your partner, friend or meet a new friend! With 2 Reformers, a Pilates Cadillac, Arc Barrels and more, Semi-Private sessions at Pilates Room Kanata are a great way to benefit from the personalized approach of a private setting while getting to share the experience with someone else!
Pre and Post Natal Pilates
Having experienced pre/post natal pilates with my own pregnancy I am excited to share this practice and its many benefits with you! I have furthered my training on this topic through STOTT PILATES as well as Pelvic Health Solutions. Please provide consent from your doctor prior to starting these sessions.
